Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of this website and enquiries made through it. Project work is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this page.
1. Who we are
Digidrop Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at The Well House, 4 Stable Court, Herriard Park, Herriard, Basingstoke, England, RG25 2PL. Where these terms say "we" or "us", they mean Digidrop Ltd.
2. Using this website
You may use this site for lawful purposes and to enquire about our services. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages. We may withdraw or change any part of the site without notice.
3. Enquiries and quotations
Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract. Anything we say about timescales or cost before a written proposal is an estimate given in good faith on the information available. A quotation becomes binding only when it is issued in writing and accepted by both parties. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
4. Project work, support and hosting
Development projects, support agreements and hosting arrangements are each set out in their own contract or statement of work, covering scope, deliverables, payment terms, service levels and intellectual property. Where a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement applies.
Support response times and hours of cover depend on the plan you are on. Round-the-clock cover is available on our Enterprise plan and is backed by a service level agreement; it is not included by default on other plans.
5. Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this website belong to us or our licensors. Ownership of work we produce for a client is dealt with in that client's agreement; as a general rule, bespoke code and designs transfer to the client on final payment, while third-party and open-source components remain under their own licences.
6. Third-party content and links
We link to other websites and reference third-party platforms and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.
7. Liability
Information on this site is provided for general guidance and is not professional advice for your specific situation. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Data protection
How we handle the information you send us is set out in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
