Mobile Apps
iOS and Android with React Native, Flutter or fully native builds
Native or cross-platform, decided on the facts
The first question on any app project is whether you need native builds or whether React Native or Flutter will do. It depends on what the app has to do, which devices it must support, and whether you are maintaining two codebases afterwards. We would rather have that conversation honestly than sell you the more expensive option by default.
We have built apps for national infrastructure and retail operations, including alerting tools where a delayed notification is a real problem rather than an inconvenience.
What we cover
Native iOS and Android
Swift for iPhone and iPad, Kotlin for Android. Worth it when the app leans on platform features, needs to feel completely native, or has demanding performance requirements.
Cross-platform with React Native or Flutter
One codebase for both stores. React Native when the app shares logic with a React or Next.js front end, Flutter when the interface is heavily custom and needs to render identically on both platforms.
Backends and APIs
The part that gets underestimated. We build the API, auth and data layer too, on Laravel, Firebase or an existing system you already run.
Push notifications and offline use
Notifications that arrive when they should, and sensible behaviour when someone loses signal mid-task.
Store submission
App Store and Play Store submission, including review guidelines, privacy declarations and the rejections that occasionally come with them.
After launch
Apps need maintaining as operating systems change. We handle SDK updates, new OS releases and subsequent versions.
